Easily Develop The Power Of Telepathy

By Paul Fowles

In layman's terms, telepathy is simply the transfer of thoughts, feelings, and/or emotions between one person and another, using only the power of their minds.

Interestingly enough, a certain amount of telepathic ability is present in virtually all people. However, it's unfortunate that the vast majority of people have no idea as to how to control this ability on a conscious level. While practically everyone experiences some telepathic activity on a subconscious level from time to time, wouldn't it be amazing if we could control this ability as and how we see fit, in order to communicate.

Of course, as is to be expected, there is still a huge amount of skepticism surrounding the issue of mind power. However, perhaps you should try to recall a time in your life when you were in a great mood, but then you met up with someone who was feeling down and depressed. Was it not only a short while before their mood started rubbing off on you?

Essentially, it's not the words which that person spoke which affected your mood, but rather the transference of their feelings and emotions to your own subconscious mind, and of course this is without a doubt, a form of telepathic communication.

Interestingly enough, scientific studies have determined that if one accesses ones subconscious mind and focuses their thoughts towards a certain individual, it then becomes possible to once again awaken our telepathic ability.

As with all other means of communication, it is our parents and our elders which teach us. In fact, so strong is the influence of the method in which we're taught that we even learn to mimic the accent of our parents. Essentially, this is simply because we all share a common ability to learn communication skills, but unfortunately we only learn to communicate in the ways which we are taught.

The problem is; our parents and teachers failed to teach us anything about that other ability known as telepathy. Surely we can't be denied the chance of mastering that skill simply because we were never taught it as children.

Here are some things you can try in order to awaken your telepathic ability:

Mental Training

Just as children need to strengthen their voice boxes, and just as they need to learn how to control their mouths, so too do we need to learn how to strengthen and control our telepathic abilities.

Interestingly enough, the part of the brain which is responsible for telepathic communication, works primarily on the subconscious level, or in other words, when you're in a hypnotic state. This state of mind is a level of the relaxation which is well within the reach of all people.

You can be rest assured that if you learn how to relax your mind, you will be able to reach a trancelike state of mind without any difficulty at all.

The Importance of Being Able To Focus

Of course, being able to focus is of paramount importance, but unfortunately when you're in a hypnotic state, being able to remain focused is not always easy. In fact it can be rather difficult so next time you reach a state of deep relaxation; you should try to focus on someone you'd like to make contact with.

Ideally you need to imagine this person in your mind, and it needs to be associated with happy thoughts. You need to picture this person actually receiving your thoughts and your feelings, and you need to maintain this focus for as long as you feel it necessary, in order to allow that person to feel the connection.

Now you need to interrupt your focus in order to sever any contact with the other person. They should in turn feel that the contact has been broken and that communication has been lost, and as a result, they should then try and re-establish a connection from their side.

The reason why one should practice focusing on your own is so that when you start practicing with a partner, you will have already conditioned your mind to be receptive and as such, it will be easier to receive images, feelings, thoughts, and impressions.

Practicing With a Partner

Once you have a partner, the two of you need to decide which one will be the sender, and which one will be receiving. Ideally, the sender should only attempt to project images of simple things, preferably of things which are brightly colored and easy to recognize.

The receiver on the other hand should be prepared in order to take down notes with regards to any thoughts or impressions which they feel they receive.

When the session is over then both the sender and the receiver should spend some time together comparing each other's notes in order to establish how accurate they were during the training session. Of course it only stands to reason that the more practice you do, the more accurate you will become. - 31521
